[PvP]Not releasing upon death in BGs

I've been noticing that my character has not been releasing when he is killed in BGs. The character just waits the 5 minutes until it is released to the spirit healer. I've attached my log below, but I haven't been able to find any errors related to the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
