Is there any bots that gain conquest points for you such as a ranked arena bot or something?

No. You can use BG bot, I believe every won BG awards you with 50 Conquest Points now. If you insist on playing arena, you will have to do it yourself. If youre a noob, you can have HB do your rotation for you, either by using Combat bot or another botbase. You will still have to move your character yourself, queue etc.
