Puzzle ring

Hey guys, just wanna know if i should wear puzzle ring with my barbarian.

As i saw, it have a chance to spawn a treasure goblin when you get hit, so will it be usefull on Inferno champHunting ?

The proc for a goblin apparently has a 15min cooldown. Interesting thing to design a plugin for puzzle ring swapping
