I have the updated svn from a day or two ago, but I can't figure out how to install this CC...any help would be appreciated. The page is erroring out right now..so this is why I am posting here.

Aye, PureRotation is hosted on Assembla. And Assembla has been having some problems over the past couple of weeks--you just need to catch it when its 'up'. Hopefully, things will settle out, but its nothing we or the PureRotation team can help you with.
