Purchases, trials from store not streaming.

Hey there, I've been using HB for a while and my previous purchases/trials were streaming fine from the store.
Note that I've recently re-purchased a HB product this weekend.

the only profile pack you have is kicks, and it is streaming in.

what product specifically is causing issues?

Every single purchase I do since the start of the weekend, If you check the picture called Capture.JPG I submitted you'll see that other products are streaming yet only kick's 1-100 is showing

Well, there's still nothing as you can see in the picture I posted... I even tried to re-install honorbuddy. I even tried checking on another computer and still nothing, so there's obviously something wrong with the account or the database. Any tips would be appreciated...
