Purchases from store wont load

Purchases from the buddystore isn't loading onto my key for some reason. I didn't change anything and it was working this morning when I left for work. I come home and bots disconnected and only gained 1 level. Load the bot up and no combat routine or kicks 1-100 profile pack.

there is a topic already up about this. everyone is having the issue. they are working on it.
