Purchased Product Refunded?

I was wondering when one of my products I purchased was refunded on my account? I remember buying this a week ago (https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=7191), but when I was looking earlier it seems I refunded it at some point recently? There's no refund statement on my bank account, so I'm wondering if I could regain access to it, or repurchase it once this refund comes through?

I could easily be at fault here, I got pretty drunk several nights ago (long story), and probably refunded it around then I would guess. Not completely sure though...
