@Hananashk its fine to offer suggestions that you find have helped.
@BawsB He is correct. Also check your junk mail, buddy auth and make sure that you dont make the same mistake alot of people do, using a current address for billing, even if the card isn't at that address, alot of people forget to update their address, and can still use their card using the current address, where as with our payment providers, that flags as potential fraud and requires a manual check. If all of that has been done and still no luck, I suggest emailing support.
