Purchased Lifetime Membership But Can't Log In After Coming Back

Hey all, I purchased a lifetime membership about 9 months ago. I stopped WoW for a while but now I am back into it so I want to log in to my Honorbuddy account. I log in with my forum name and password to the program and it says no sessions found.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
 
It says my key is invalid when I put it in and no password .

EDIT: Actually when I made sure there was no spaces in the product key, it says I need to enter my shop password. I enter it and it doesn't work. I can log in on the shop website and see my lifetime subscription invoice and stuff. I am using the key from the original e-mail when I bought the regular one and then I upgraded to lifetime. Maybe I am missing something here?

in May of 2011. I created an account with the email I used to purchase it at the Buddy Auth and it says nothing there. If I log into the shop, it shows my purchase.
 
contacting the support is your only hope... that is if you can prove that you have brought it.
 
Yes, I can prove it. I have my invoice number right here and a copy of the bill. I can also log into Bossland GmbH like I said and see that I bought it.

The invoice number is: 1337001

The date of purchase aka "The creation date" is -- 04.05.2011 10:27 PM
