Purchased Key >> Payment Done >> Order Cancelled >> No Refund / No Key

Hey,
I made the payment on Bossland GmbH - Checkout[resellerId]=6 . I first got a confirmation saying the payment has been confirmed but within minutes i again got an email saying that my order has been cancelled because you suspect it is fraudulent and my payment has been voided. Can anyone please help me with it as soon as possible and also if there is no solution to it then can anyone please tell me how and when can i get the money back in my bank account ??
