Purchased Honorbuddy Time and GOT NO KEY?

Hey,

I just brought 2 days of honorbuddy, but I havent received the keys.

Whats going on? Is this just due to patch?

Am I going to get my keys soon?

I bought a 1 session lifetime key for 25 euros over 13 hours ago and still have not received anything but order id I have done all the above solutions but I still haven't received an email back.? The site says get key in 10 mins.?

I feel the excact same way. Figured, this might be a safe purchase, website says 10min and I'll be on my way to lvling my alts - Jk, havn't recieved a mail or anything. And the Buddyforum site appears to be bugging out atm, so I cant connect.

when i wright to a support email i right the following:
hello i havent recieved my _____ yet
my order number is _____
imo them r the most important for getting information on a product you bought


also i just got an email back from them it says
"Due to some problems on the automated key system,you will receive your key/s within then next 3-5 hours."
so everyone should have thier keys within 3-5 hours

Yeah I got the same email about 2 hours ago maybe longer. Fingers crossed it comes soon.!
 
i know right
i just got my account back had a friend level him so i could bot :( and key hasnt came through

its at the top of the email from "[email protected]"
it will say Bossland GmbH - Germany order number:
it should be the very first thing u see below the email and its above where it say dear mr/ms soanso

Pretty self explanitory what you should be putting in there.
"I have not recieved my key"

omg people.. use your brains..

Stop Spamming the forums like Tony said. You won't get any help here. Email the support.
