Purchased but haven't received the keys

Purchased 1 year 3 sessions on March 19th by PAYPAL.
Also emailed support and did not receive any reply yet.
I already owned my buddyauth/buddystore account and
wondering how I merge the new keys I bought to my buddyauth account?

The buddyauth account and my paypal email address is different. How do I merge them together?
