purchased bot, still saying to buy?

i bought the bot 4/16/11 and now i am getting this message but it has only been 7 months i havent got my full year but it says to buy.

I also read about people who bought 1 year get upgraded to elite so is the problem that i have not been upgraded to elite? i haven't played the game or used the bot in 2-3 months also. please help me resolve this problem, thank you.
also it used to work properly and i love it but this is my only problem, i am using the correct login.

are you sure that you are trying to log using your shop info?

you must use the username you used on shop and the shop pass as well

if you dont remember your pass you can reset it here
