Purchased Account through Playerauctions.com Scammed, Paypal Question

Hi I Purchased a Account through Playerauctions.com I did pay with paypal

I was scammed seller changed the password and reclaimed the account as its under his EMAIL i cant change the email unless I had his ID which I dont have

anyway im wondering if I can get my money back with paypal and say I was hacked or say I never got my item, would that work? can anyone help me if anyone knows and guide me to what I should say I dont want the seller getting any of my money I can list his paypal name here but that might get me in trouble

Paypal doesn't protect purchases of virtual stuff.
All you can do is try to convince the support guy. Describe as detailed as possible what happened, attach screenshots. If you can find similar cases where people got scammed via google, copy&paste the links. All information matters.
