Purchased a routine after a trial, but it still shows up as "expired"

Hello,

I just purchased a routine, but it still shows up as "expired". I changed the email in the form because my PayPal email is different, could this have caused it to not link to my account? I still did it from my HonorBuddy client which is linked to my key. Would appreciate the help.

EDIT:
I purchased a second time, this time inputting the email that is linked to my BuddyStore account in the form, and it worked.

I put in a refund request of the first payment (order number: 365636830) on PayPal because I put a different email on the form and it didn't link to my BuddyStore account. The second payment (order number: 365642075) was successful and linked to my BuddyStore account perfectly. Is there anything else I can do to make sure I get a refund on the first payment?
