Purchased $30 dollar botbase, and cannot use it :/

I purchased Garrison boss

and it says "owned" in the buddystore, I have it enabled streaming in the "my purchases" settings, but there is not option under any section in HB so I can use this. There are no instructions on where to download this or set it up.
