Purchased 2 keys, cannot find them linked to account

Hello, I purchased two Exilebuddy keys (1 session 1 mo each) and cannot find them.

I created an account on Log On
- Buddy Auth Portal
using the email that I made the transaction with, however the keys don't show up there. I also haven't received any email or invoice screen containing the key so that I can attach it to my account.

I have also emailed [email protected]. Is there something I overlooked?
 
Wait for a response from the support email. Usually takes a few hours, but they are the only ones that will be able to deal with your key issues.
