As the title says, I've purchased 1 Honorbuddy session key, and it's not showing up in either my email or the buddyauth portal.
 
Email HB support with your transaction number/credit card number and a brief description of what happened. That's how you take care of that.
 
Yea, about two minutes after posting this forum, I found the support email for that.
