Purchase problem.

hi there,
I and my friend have done Demonbuddy purchase payment but browser has direct to a Runtime Error page(apm.safecharge.com)
also the purchase page (secure.gate2shop.com) still shows up "Please wait".
so we don't have the key it should have been sent to our email.
what shall we do now?
pls help us.
