Purchase of rebornbuddy key does not deliver

I have a few reports of that purchase of rebornbuddy from the website will not send keys via email.

Does anyone else have the same situation?

I was wondering if there's an update on where my key is as its been nearly two days now without it which is annoying considering it should be an automated process. I'm happy to provide proof of purchase and email address if this helps speed it up.
