Pull gets changed

So every now and then, my pull yards gets changed to 20.
This is problematic at usually I aggro a few mobs and the squishy low lvl mage dies.

I want it at 35, but after a while it resets back to 20.

Why? And how do I fix it?

chances are its your profile changing it. profiles sometimes lower pull settings to keep from getting stuck in places where mobs continuously spawn.
