PTC Login in PF not possible - Phone works fine ...

please check to make sure your password doesnt have too many uncommon special characters and replace them with things like _'s and !'s instead.
 
This is really your answer? THIS is a permanent problem! PF works fine for the last month. And of course I'm able to enter a password correctly.
Suddenly no log in is possible with PTC. Login with PF and Google-Login works with other pokemon accounts (and before anybody asks: I am NOT loggin in with a Google account on PTC or vice versa!)
Other players seems to have the same problems! I think, something is wrong with the PF Login-Server for PTC-Logins!
 
He's asking what symbols you have in your password. We are trying to identify if there are more symbols that cause this error.

That was not an answer friend, it was a question. As there are some special characters that trip up when logging in via PTC with PF. I was trying to help you, not cause you to become angry, still unsure as to why you thought that was just the "solution", in the world of tech support, we have to ask different questions to isolate the issue as I am sure you are aware not every case will be 100% the exact same, and my question was relevant to an issue like yours that I had, and a few others in past have had. For a while it works fine, then suddenly it causes issues. This is why I asked. If you do not want to answer, it makes it difficult to proceed with supporting and getting to the right answer for you, but we will continue to try.
