PTC login gets different details on phone vs bot

I logged in with a PTC account and the membership info that I retrieved is way different than what I have on my phone. is there a reason for this? What logs do you require?

Logs within the log folder inside PokeFarmer. What issues are you facing? are you unable to login to your PTC account on PF?

If you logon to PTC online (Website), the name of the trainer isn't your name in Pokemon Go.

ERROR <b><font color="red">[22:52:08]</font></b> Cannot start Pokefarmer as you did not enter login credentials.

Also that just suggests that your login information is wrong.

I get that the Names might be different, but the level, the team, all the eggs everything is different than what is on my phone? I tested with google account, and that is working correctly.

If you login to the right PTC account, the accounts should synchronise correctly if that's what you're asking

mmm, I did I think, the username and password for the bot are exactly the same as for the phone and it does not sync correctly How can I check that the phone is connecting to correct servers, are there more than one area for servers?

Nope it should work the same. Also dont login onto your account on your phone and the PokeFarmer at the same time
