PTC account login; a thought

old PTC account with a password that didn't require capitols or symbols, logs in just fine. newer PTC account with capitols and symbols, gets wrong password message (password checked over and over to ensure correctness). both accounts can be logged into via phone.
please advise.

i got the same problem a couple of versions ago. turned out the "+" in the password was the problem for me. "!" and "?" work. haven't tryed any other special characters yet.

+ and * seem to trip it up as aquintus said, ! and ? and _'s work just fine for the new password setups. Try those for now.

Outstanding, thank you! I was ending my PTC passes with a +.. I'll have to try ~ as well, I like the ~.. though if that doesnt work I'll likely just stick to _
