Ptc account, bot can not enter the game

Today opened a new 2 ptc account, but are displayed "Could not connect to login servers. (Probably wrong password ?!)" I use the phone to confirm the account password is correct and can often log into the game catch pokemom

I am in Asia, Taiwan, I have a ptc account 2 google account, 3 account is running normally
I'm guessing whether the password should be of English size and symbolic cause
Because I normally run the ptc account is the password of the early application can be English + digital
The new application of the ptc account must be English capital + symbols + numbers

if you're using special symbols, try removing those and see if it works for you?
