Ptc account, bot can not enter the game

Today opened a new 2 ptc account, but are displayed "Could not connect to login servers. (Probably wrong password ?!)" I use the phone to confirm the account password is correct and can often log into the game catch pokemom

Are we just stupid, or is there a trick ?

PTC are also insisting you change password, have you logged back onto PTC to do this?

However even after changed password i'm getting unable to connect to game servers even though i can login fine on mobile, latest version of PF.
