Proxy Setting

Hello.. anyone here know how to use the proxy setting...

I have the same problem, not how to use it, I have a HotspotShield account in order to change my location and try to complete the pokedex but do not know how to make it work in pokefarmer,
I'm currently using the pokefarmer with 3 counts of my children and mine with same iP without using any proxy, is it dangerous?
Someone could explain as used?
