How to bot proving grounds is there a way?

Turn on a cr and stand there while your bot nukes it dead? Even singular should be enough to gold.

Dont know about that, i've attempted to use it on different characters. It does the first wave and then leaves instance Oo, attempted full reinstall but no go. I just put it on combat and let it go

it works flawlessly, the standard combat routine and it will get it.. mine did it 2 tries at both silver tank and dps with a 589 DK

It doesn't seem to work if the routine puts you in stealth. I have also noticed that if you try to swap gear or use any potions during the encounter it will end it as well. If you literally just run the routine and move your toon it should work fine.
