Proving grounds profile?

Anyone know where I can find a profile for the proving grounds? I want the gold achievement, but dont really care to keep trying this over and over again. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

you need to check out a good CR. Tell us what class/spec are you running and maybe we can suggest a good one.

If you're not trying to afk it they using raid bot and a bit of moving around on your part and tab targeting, you can to it pretty easily. at least to get through silver, and can do heroics.

@frosticus, i'm looking for the same thing. What CR's would you recommend if i would like to aim for Proven titles? I can't seem to be able to do it myself.. always oom or not enough DPS even when gear is good

TuanHA does Proving Ground (and also has specific routines for that, like for Druids) perfectly.

i run druid as well. tuanha free druid will get you silver pretty easy with no setup. im sure with a little player input you could get gold without much trouble. ive heard smart timing of cooldowns is the key.

If you have theTuanHA stuff, how do you set it up? Via dungeon buddy or what?

Enyo + Tuanha as a DPS I had no issue with it, nor as a tank, never tried as a healer.

You will of course have to move it yourself and manually priority target what needs to die, specially in gold and above since you get the bosses and that blowing ghost.
