Proto Drake Mount?

Can someone make a profile and mesh for this area, this guy said that the proto drake drops from a rare spawn. Spawn is rare so if you kill spawn 100% chance to get mount.

Honor Buddy cannot do this as it doesn't use a flying mount. GatherBuddy only.
