Protected items

Hello

I have a problem with protecting my mining pick -.- he always send it at night, and then it can't mine.

I got like this :

Protected Items.xml

<ProtectedItems>
<Item name="Gnomish Army Knife" entry="40772"/>
</ProtectedItems>

What's wrong :/? He just mails it

there isnt a protect list on Gb
just put it in your first bag
