Protected Items Profession Tools Mailing

Hey guys, I'm going to go ahead and say sorry if this is a repost, but the only related threads I found were from very long ago. I have recently purchased HB, and I'm finding when I use an uldum mining profile, it mines and everything very quickly and smoothly, but when it mails, it mails everything including my mining/skinning pickaxe. I have looked in the protected items .xml, and it is confirmed that I do see my pick axe on there, as well as the correct ID code associated, but the GB2 still sends the item. Is there a way to fix this, or am i setting something up wrong? Also I have uninstalled/reinstalled HB 3 times to try and fix the problem. I'm out of ideas. I could really use some help with this. Thanks!

do you have any wow addons enabled?
some addons can mess with Hb

I tried again with disabled all addons, but it still mailed the tool.

make a new Hb installation from scratch and let us know

I actually added the protected item code into the profile, and it wont send it now. Weird? Ill try a reinstall later and let you know.
