Prospecting - JC - when does it profit?

Hiya!


i'm currently selling raw mats only, ores, herbs, leather..
and its going decently, im selling stacks for 100g ...
i wonder if there is any kind soul out there that could tell me a math piece i could do to see if i can earn more prospecting the ores instead of selling them?
i deliver loads of ores pr. day to a few people that's prospecting them..

I don't think there is any updated profiles that does the JC/DE Yet and i doubt those doing it by hand will share info

When you prospect your ores, be sure to have toons that have all of the professions.

When you prospect your ores you get gems. I always liked to sell the valuable gems raw (inferno ruby) then take the lessers and make them into rings and necks.
I took those rings and next and disenchanted them, then sold the raw mats I got from that.

If you take the time to do it, it will be more profitable.
