It pains me to no end to cruise the forums whilst I'm botting and see intelligent titles like "This bot is broken" or "Won't work". I don't understand how people can legitimately expect support with titles like that. The only reason I even read threads like that is to find out how ridiculously off topic they really are. As a general rule of thumb though, I've established that 99% of these fun titles = I can't follow instructions 
I don't pretend to know very much about extracting the most use out of Honorbuddy, but I at least take 10mins of time to search the forums if I have a problem. A quick search normally uproots an existing thread on trouble shooting a problem. Similarly, I take the time to post back feedback on a profile/CC if I encounter problems and +rep for working well.
I don't know how some of the developers and especially the CC/profile writers, as they generally work for free, have the patience to deal with repetitive questions. I commend your patience!
