proper use of archaeology buddy?

I know you select it and click start, do you just stay in the starter continent the entire way to 85? is there better xp in diff areas? etc? thanks

You can level arch from 1 - 525 on one continent. I just move myself from continent to continent depending on which fragments I want.

well to use it for leveling purposes...does any area give more xp?

Outland and Northrend will give slightly more xp but Northrend can be a bugger as the bot tries to clip across the sea and dies from fatigue.
I typically let my toons go to outland after they ding 80 as it rarely gets stuck there and outland is small enough to make hitting dig sites quick.
Main thing is to get to 280% speed asap as that directly effects your xp/hour.
