Promotional code to get bchest key?

I have the promotional code from another topic here on the forums and it works to upgrade a starter into a bchest account for 5USD however is it possible to use that code to get the bchest key instead of directly upgrading or do you guys have a code or way that would allow this to happen?

If you don't how do you get the account upgraded that way without linking your credit card or paypal if at all possible?
