I open again this discussion, since it was closed to me the other, saying that I had not attached the log files! which is not true! but does nothing, I have paid for the service, but I had no aid. the program will not start, I followed the guide, installed C ++ etc but still nothing !!!! given that I paid, and I'm paying at the moment I'm writing, I attach the log files that you ask me the photo of error! even if the language you see is Italian, the error is easy to understand, because the window says it can not aprie pe program run erroe sconsciuto! I have Window 7 ask for help in order to start the program or get back the refund !!!
