Program crashing after lauch

Downloaded to desktop under a random folder, running as administrator.
It launches, says "Preparing Environment" and then crashes.
I have Eset disabled, no other virus protection.
Pubg not launched.
Any ideas?

Figured out how to fix that part, disabled nvidia geforce experience, and gyazo i had running. But now ingame when i hit F1 there is no menu at all =(
any ideas for this?

Now it is back to crashing at launch, someone suggested switching folders because menu would not pop up in game, and ever since then, just crashes after launch, even in the same location it was working before.
