Program crashed with windows 10?

I have two PC installed with both Win10 and applied two account.

One works fine on the bot
The other PC one just got crashed at a random period of time and forced to close.

What should I do to my settings? I tried cleared cache, re-install, copy the original files from the other PC to this and that it just doesn't work at all.

Please kindly advise.

Good afternoon, I have a Windows 10, 64bits, one account that was working fine with the previous version of pokemon. With the latest one, after a random period of time, it crash and close, no error message. Also, when starting again, it won't start, and no pokestop showed on the map. I am forced to reboot my PC to make it works... can you please fix this asap ? Many thanks for your effort and help.
