Program Compatibility Assistant

In my most recent Hearthbuddy Crash. I got the following popup from Windows 7. It seems that under properties of the program, there is no compatibility settings applied. I'm wondering if this is a compatibility setting somewhere else at the system level maybe? Just wanted to make this post in case it's a new issue.
