Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: GUI do not opening for me
A: You have Store cache bug problem cause of which GUI not loading, which accur for like 5% of users for WPF products do this:
  • You can leave Wow running during this process
  • Disable Anti Virus \ Firewall
  • Make HB Clean Install (EXTRACT new HB from latest Zip File into a new folder)
  • DISABLE streaming all items you have from Buddy Store (Open BuddyStore in browser -> MyPurchases -> set stream "Disable" for <ALL> products)
  • After all products disabled, With Wow Running start the new HB and double check that you have no additional plugins\bots\cr\profiles etc from buddy store
  • Stop HB and enable streaming Profit Master Plugin and profile in Buddy Store
  • Launch HB again and try to open Settings for ProfitMaster Plugin
  • After confirming that it works you can enable the other items in the buddy store as needed.

It's only one time action, you do not need to do it any more

Q: How To Launch ProfitMaster profile via HBRelog?

Bug Reporting: /人 ◕‿‿ ◕人\ [ >>Alisha's BUG Tracker << ]
  • Make sure you use clean HB install without any updates and files overwrites. (What is clean install: Article How to Do Clean Install)
    p.s. to be clear to make a HB clean install you do not need to delete any settings or files, you need just download a last release zip of HB and unzip it in new folder, where you will be checking (start HB from there when preparing report).
  • You shouldn't copy any other plugins\routines to HB install to do test.
  • Also with clean install recommended to delete those folders (those just mesh and sessions cache, no settings files):
    • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bossland
    • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bossland_GmbH
  • in BuddyStore disable streaming of all other products (My products -> disable streaming), green (enable) status should be only for ProfitMaster plugin, ProfitMaster profile pack, BotBase you using
  • Disable streaming for all other Products
  • Disable all WoW Addons.
    [*]Set LogLevel in HB Settings to Diagnostic
    [*]If You use Singular CR, open Class GUI, got to Last Tab and set Log to "None" (it set to "File" by default and should be changes, case Singular do much spam in log).
  • run bot again and log the problem
  • Reporting Issue: Login to Alisha's BugTracker
  • Create new issue report, Attach full HB log
  • Make description of your problem, when (on which conditions) it happens and why as you think
  • Inform which CR you are using,BotBase, attach screenshots to better describe it (picture: Map location, and Toon Location).

Instead of using forum post to report issue, please use Alisha's BugTracker -> "Add Issue Ticket",
So its more easy to track Your particular issue that you have and fix it Also it will allow you find similar issue that users as you have and extend info for it, instead of posting new one.

Which will help to decrease time to find out conditions when and why it happens.

well it started off great in first 30 mins, now my bot is stuck searching for groups and re-spams it

I can make a log but yeah it just says that over and over. It won't search while It keeps farming making my farmer stand still
tried this with tuanha and singular all addons off and other streaming products disabled.
there a way to stop the realm switcher?
I did like how it was mass pulling stuff in taanan was actually better less bot like tbh but yeah cannot buy if it holds up looking for group.

Attach full log file please.

If you have any wow addons - disable all of them, some can mess thing up.
Also you in your Region not many groups (can happen especially on night time), or server do not return group search result (which mostly happen before restart), it can happen.

You can check manually how many groups available you have in search in wow.

Be aware, that ProfitMaster wont try to join same group, before at least 5 minutes passed, for security reasons.

Yeah I see now the profile works, but the issues aren't errors its to do with the profile itself from what I observe.
You have 2 options for felblights in zommar marsh for example, yet they aren't a big way point profile like aion's or omation/
After killing a few targets it will just search for group to server hop for 4 or 5 attempts then will reset and find another few targets and repeat all happenin within a few mins each time.

This is probably more bot like to spot than the other profiles also I'm on a pvp realm so when tards want to gank me they can put a campire out and call in people to have a laugh cause they know which spot i'll be at when no mobs around.
Also Oceanic realm users like myself will be hit hard as not as many groups as per u.s or Europe.

A large area sort of like the other profiles on store then it checking every 10 mins for results to realm hop be a better option In my opinion.
 
Problem with the profile.

Skinning + Felblight Profile #8 Thundertail riverbeast (small+big)

I love this profile, but it has one MAJOR issue.

I have skinning and mining, and without fail at some point during my farming my character will go into and endless loop of trying to walk up a cliff. The worse part is when I pause the bot and manually fly to the top of the cliff it's trying to climb, half the time there is nothing up there. I assume maybe there is a ore mine glitched into the mountain?

Coordinates are approximately 53.4 / 67.0

1) Yes, some nodes can be bugged, Provide full log
2) You can turn off mining in HB Setting - it wont try to harvest it than.

And, after running 12 hours+ bot is with full bags... he can't sell all greens/blues to vendor? And no mailbox... that is terrible. Plz do something, cause i cant use it, need to do all by hands. And its not what i was expecting.

Look at options on honorbuddy u can select there to override profile ans sell greens ans there is a mail function there to.

But I don't know if profitmaster profile has mailbox included cuz I dont use a mailbox.
