Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: GUI do not opening for me
A: You have Store cache bug problem cause of which GUI not loading, which accur for like 5% of users for WPF products do this:

• You can leave Wow running during this process
• Disable Anti Virus \ Firewall
• Make HB Clean Install (EXTRACT new HB from latest Zip File into a new folder)
• DISABLE streaming all items you have from Buddy Store (Open BuddyStore in browser -> MyPurchases -> set stream "Disable" for <ALL> products)
• After all products disabled, With Wow Running start the new HB and double check that you have no additional plugins\bots\cr\profiles etc from buddy store
• Stop HB and enable streaming Profit Master Plugin and profile in Buddy Store
• Launch HB again and try to open Settings for ProfitMaster Plugin
• After confirming that it works you can enable the other items in the buddy store as needed.

It's only one time action, you do not need to do it any more

• Make sure you use clean HB install without any updates and files overwrites. (What is clean install: Article How to Do Clean Install)
  p.s. to be clear to make a HB clean install you do not need to delete any settings or files, you need just download a last release zip of HB and unzip it in new folder, where you will be checking (start HB from there when preparing report).
  
• You shouldn't copy any other plugins\routines to HB install to do test.
• Also with clean install recommended to delete those folders (those just mesh and sessions cache, no settings files):
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bossland
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bossland_GmbH
• in BuddyStore disable streaming of all other products (My products -> disable streaming), green (enable) status should be only for ProfitMaster plugin, ProfitMaster profile pack, BotBase you using
• Disable streaming for all other Products
• Disable all WoW Addons.
  [*]Set LogLevel in HB Settings to Diagnostic
  [*]If You use Singular CR, open Class GUI, got to Last Tab and set Log to "None" (it set to "File" by default and should be changes, case Singular do much spam in log).
• run bot again and log the problem
• Reporting Issue: Login to Alisha's BugTracker
• Create new issue report, Attach full HB log
• Make description of your problem, when (on which conditions) it happens and why as you think
• Inform which CR you are using,BotBase, attach screenshots to better describe it (picture: Map location, and Toon Location).

Instead of using forum post to report issue, please use Alisha's BugTracker -> "Add Issue Ticket",
So its more easy to track Your particular issue that you have and fix it Also it will allow you find similar issue that users as you have and extend info for it, instead of posting new one.

Which will help to decrease time to find out conditions when and why it happens.

So I just got the trial and I'm confused. According to WoWhead the rare "Aogexon" does not drop or have the chance to drop an elixir. and the steemwheedle preservation rep you cannot buy the elixirs either. So how do you get elixirs off this? Also is it a one per day sort of thing or just everytime you kill them.

nvm they drop the bag which has a 31% chance to give an elixir of ancient knowledge.

Correct Every mob have chance to drop bag. As for question how many - not limited, dependence only from luck.

Bough this, the profile it self kicks ass its really good works flawlessly as for the bags.... well let'say that after 24 hours of farming and hundreds of kills ( 300 + ) i got about 15 bags and 3 elixirs. The drop % on this bags is absolute trash.

Random is it, you can get many or you can get less Also in this case it's pretty important how quick you kill mob and how many kills you do per hour, as it have straight effect on loot count.
300 from 24 hours is very little: ~1 kill per 4.8 minutes, which is many. Try to do with better gear toon and better CR for fast kills.

I bought this last night . i use the 4 Rares for Oil + Medallion of the Legion profile ( hate it does not chain all 4 in 1 profile) it works great . i tried this for 12 hours on 4 accounts
3 on WoD rare and 1 on MoP .

lets start by saying all 100% new clean installs of HB only added Afk plugin . used grind bot and picked profile from the store then used ProfitMaster: Profile Loader addon to pick the Rare.

Aogexon ) jumped 8 realms saw 7 spawns up but only attacked 1 time ( the rare bug was to far away bot just never attacked it )

Dekorhan ) worked great killed him 50 times with a 670 hunter

Mugra ) worked great killed him 50 times with a 684 hunter

Krol the Blade ) worked but was buggie it spammed me saying learn flying . i have flying on the account so all toons have flying. this was bad because the bot spent time spaming to learn flying and not realm switching

all files from Krol the Blade run . i had to mount flying mount by hand to stop it spamming.

This coming from GrindBot, i cant prevent it, it's HB Core feature, it want you to "open" (learn nearby flypoint)

So probably not unique to this profile, and maybe it's just a grindbot setting that I'm missing, but I'd prefer to not pull the rest of the world when grabbing these elites...is this a setting that I can override with the Misc. tab of ProfitBuddy or do I need to do it somewhere else.

I will be adding task-manager feature (so you can add many tasks to queue - similar as it's in BotManager in GoldBoss), tho i can't say any eta.
Also MoP areas still have descent count of people there (farming) so there should be still ability to use Realms Hops. (Considering EU at least - i.e. where many cross reals connected)
