Profiles in WoD?

Hi, never used honorbuddy when a new expansion gets out.
How long will it be untill qesting profiles are out for wod? ofc noone can say 38 h 22 min 41 sec.
asking more in general how long it took pre expansions before there were working profiles.
Only asking since i sadly dont have that much time to play since i become a father.
Questing bot saved my life, able to do the fun parts, raid and stuff an skip questing.

If memory serves me, kick had a pretty good working questing profile from 85-90 working within the first two weeks last expansion, albeit with a few buggy quests (the jinyu quests with the sniper/pet raccoons/jade witch being 1 example) not being supported at first.
