Profiles don't appear on drop-down menu - help please

I just purchased this program last night and downloaded the latest version. Whenever I start Honorbuddy, the program opens, but the profiles don't appear on the drop-down menu.

This is happening for me, too!

Me too. I simply deleted Honorbuddy.exe and reinstalled. Worked perfectly the 2nd time it was installed.

This did nothing. I deleted the one file and then re-extracted the files.

Okay, so I opened a WoW instance and I got an error this time. Before, I was not opening a WoW before opening HB. Here is the log.

Just being anal, but profiles NEVER show in that list. What you are looking for is the list of Botbases. Just to save confusion in future. But as G asked, logs will help us to help you.

That is an easy fix... Changing to Dx 9 now.

Set your WoW to Windowed Mode, and set it to use DirectX 9, not 11. This is all in the setup guide

PS HB requires wow to be LOGGED IN all the way to the character sitting the the game world ready to play. If you use ARelog or HBRelog they can log wow in for you, then start HB for you as well.

Okay, to the OP. The fix to this issue is you need to have a valid WoW instance open.

His issue is different to yours, his screenshot clearly shows he is logged in on a level 77 worgen rogue. He needs to attach a log as you did.
