Profile writing question

Is there a way to do quests of the type go to this npc and talk to him? Like the quest: "A Time for Negotiation..." in BE Mountains. This quest requires you to go to a npc and right click him and then select something like "negotiate with...." and that completes the quest.

If I just treat the npc as a quest TurnIn it does not work.

I've looked at all the tags and it does not seem like this is possible but thought I would check.

Think you will find your answer by going to plugins -> Uncataloged -> Find the thread called something with "quest behavior" and read it. It have alot of functions.
