Profile Uploading issues..

When i try to upload a Profile for my Gatherbuddy. I Log in to the web page.. but i get the Session Limit Reached Msg.. and cant go any further.. any ideas as to why ?
 
Close GB before you upload

And wait a minute or two for the session to clear
