Profile to hearth and repair

Hey, is it possible to make your toon hearth and repair just by using a quest or grind profile?
I'm thinking it would be nice as the last profile before stopping, used with HBRelog.
Or if anyone knows a simpler way to do it, I'd be glad to listen :)
