Profile Problem

So, I've read (Skimmed) a few guides and I still don't know the answer to this... Maybe I just didn't catch it lol. I'm trying to create a profile, but whenever I run it at some point it says

[10:49:45.0000] [Navigator] Could not generate path from {X:-9796.48 Y:-3913.887 Z:20.0715} to {X:-7919.905 Y:-1989.517 Z:-272.2156}!

Are the hotspots too far away? Or do I have to do something with the mesh? I think I'd heard that H2 no longer required the creation of a mesh but I could be wrong.

HB2 no longer requires meshes to be made as they are done in full and streamed on demand to the selected folder.

A couple of things I can see/think of are;

1. The Z coord is particularly big, I mean -272 is a lot so it might be worth while double checking that.
2. The connected hotspot is perhaps through a zone portal like The Dark Portal or the zone switch between Ghostlands and Plaguelands.
3. Quite simply there is no path between the two points, however that is rarely the issue.
