Profile load issue

Is there an adjustable delay from when DB starts the game then loads the profile? My bot recently has been experiencing longer load times, but DB will try and load the profile 3 times before I even get in the game. The end result is the start button doesn't work. If i use the task manager to cancel DB then I get Max users and have to wait. I wouldn't think that posting any info is required so any help would be nice.
