Profile help? Stand Still one place and fish fish fish? Using AA2?

I have no idea how to make a profiles, and I am looking for is my boy to stand and fish until told to do otherwise! Willing to donate to someone to help with profile help as well, would like to in party mode the other bots just follow the leader (Who I control manually). Follow dps, heal. these things work in party mode, but I meander and wander and would like them to just follow and do their job.
